Holiday Season: Christmas Lights, Decorations And More

!±8± Holiday Season: Christmas Lights, Decorations And More

Holiday season is fast approaching. Soon many families will rush in shopping malls for Christmas decorations, colorful and beautiful lights, holiday accents, accessories, gifts for their loved ones, and food for the most waited occasion of the year. Many of us love to decorate the entire house with lights of different colors. Aside from the beauty that they reflect, it also reminds us of the gigantic star which guided the three Kings towards the manger where the Savior lay sleeping.

Christmas is the season of joy, laughter, gift-giving, fun, excitement, and care for each person. What makes it more fun? The adornment that we put into the house makes it more fun. The spirit of Christmas can be felt whenever we see Christmas lights and lanterns all over the community. Aside from those decorations that can remind us of the holiday season, we can also hear beautiful and enchanting Christmas songs and carols from children all over the place.

Holiday season makes us strengthen the faith to the Savior who died from the sins of mankind. We should treat each other as brothers and sisters so that we can feel the spirit of Christmas. Some families in the local area often give gifts to strangers, while the family provides food to those poor families. While others are too busy with grateful deeds, some members of the family are also in-charge of decorating the entire home. It is a blessing that there are Christmas light installation companies, who are extremely reliable in decorating the areas of the home that cannot be easily decorated.

Those Christmas light installation companies have all their necessary equipments to decorate even the rooftop or the tallest tree in the front yard. After their work, we can be surprised at how fabulous and beautiful the home could be. It seems that the entire home is full of angels especially if there are enchanting Christmas songs.

Although those are merely fancy decorations, we should still remember and not forget that the Savior does not look into those fancy things rather he look into the hearts. He often looks into the good things that we do for other people. If we want to be listed in the book of life, we should be helpful to other people, be patient, ask for forgiveness, repent, forgive those enemies, share your blessings, act righteously, be courteous to one another, follow His righteous path, and trust in the Lord.

Christmas Lights - Decorating Your Quinceanera With Lights!

!±8± Christmas Lights - Decorating Your Quinceanera With Lights!

The celebration of Quinceanera is a tradition marking the transition of a young girl into womanhood at 15 years of age.  The Quinceanera is known well throughout Mexico, but is now also celebrated in other countries as well.  In the United States, we would equate the Quinceanera with a Sweet Sixteen party or even a debutante ball thrown for a woman who has reached 18 years of age.

To a bystander, the Quinceanera might appear to be a wedding celebration. There is a mass conducted with the guest of honor surrounded by her maids of honor (girls) and chamberlains (boys).  All are dressed in fancy gowns and decked out as if attending a wedding.  The celebration of Quinceanera focuses on the girl of honor and her dress, tiara, jewelry, ceremony gifts, the waltz or dance, and of course, the party following the church mass.

Decorating for a Quinceanera is similar to decorating for a wedding reception held either inside a banquet hall or outside in God's creation.  The banquet hall is decked out with tables for the guests, a gift table, food table, dance floor and a DJ booth.  Pink and white mini LED lights add sparkle and beauty in several ways.

Here are a few ideas on where to use our LED light sets.

· Surround all of the doorways of the banquet hall with mini lights

· Topiaries are stunning with flowers that match the party theme and pink and white mini LED light sets

· Tulle or taffeta fabric intertwined with white and pink mini LED lights used to decorate the table where the guest of honor is seated, around columns, the gift table, and around the guest of honor's chair

· Battery operated mini white LED lights in and around the table centerpieces

· For an outdoor celebration, use our white and pink mini LED light sets to deck out arbors and tables.

· Use  C6, C7, and C9 light sets to add sparkle to the surrounding trees, shrubs, and walkways of the party area

· Create a wall of light behind the DJ booth using several strands of our pink and white light sets.  Use flowers or other party decorations to add some dimension to the light "curtain".

· For the outdoor Quinceanera, use light stakes to elevate pink and white mini light sets along the driveway to welcome friends and family.

· Create an arbor of lights above the party area with sets of white and pink LED light sets

· Create a mural of photographs of the 15 year old growing up from an infant to the present day and then highlight her photographs with lights surrounding the display.

The Quinceanera is a very special event meant to honor and pamper the young lady of 15 years old and symbolizes her stepping into the state of womanhood.  The decorations, gifts, and attire all serve to focus on the guest of honor.

Using mini LED light sets, Raspberry lights and Strawberry lights to decorate your Quinceanera will make your event one that will be remembered for years to come.
